Terms of Service

By registering an account, depositing funds, or using any part of SMSVerifyo (the "Service"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

SMSVerifyo provides temporary virtual phone numbers for the purpose of receiving one-time SMS verification codes across supported online services. Numbers are rented for short, defined windows and released back to the pool when the rental ends or expires.

We do not provide voice calling, MMS, long-term SIM ownership, or any service intended to replace personal or business phone lines.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• One account per person; multi-accounting to abuse promotions is prohibited.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at info@smsverifyo.com.

Balances are funded via supported cryptocurrency payment providers. All amounts displayed are in USD. All deposits are final and non-refundable to the source. Any refunds we issue are credited exclusively as SMSVerifyo account balance and are non-withdrawable. Account balance has no cash value, cannot be cashed out, transferred, or exchanged, and may be spent only on services offered by SMSVerifyo. See our Refund Policy for the full terms.

Promotional bonuses are non-withdrawable and may be revoked at any time in the event of abuse, chargeback, or violation of these Terms.

• Every rental has a defined validity window shown before purchase.
• If no SMS is received before expiry, the rental amount is automatically credited back to your account balance.
• Successfully delivered codes are considered fulfilled and are non-refundable, regardless of whether the code is accepted by the third-party service.
• We do not guarantee compatibility with, or acceptance by, any third-party platform (WhatsApp, Telegram, Google, etc.).
• All refunds are credited to account balance only. We do not reverse crypto transactions or send funds to any external address, wallet, or account.

Use of the Service to commit fraud, harass others, evade law enforcement, circumvent sanctions, distribute malware, or violate the Terms of any third-party platform is strictly forbidden. See the Acceptable Use Policy for the full list.

All content, branding, software, and documentation on SMSVerifyo are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable IP laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or place undue burden on the platform. Where possible, we will give notice and an opportunity to cure. Any remaining eligible balance may be refunded at our discretion, minus abuse-related deductions.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every requirement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SMSVerifyo, its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, licensors, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunities, third-party account bans or suspensions, reputational harm, or the cost of substitute services — whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall not exceed the lesser of (a) the total fees actually paid by you to SMSVerifyo in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). This limitation is a fundamental element of the bargain between you and SMSVerifyo and applies even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which SMSVerifyo operates. Any dispute shall first be attempted to resolve amicably by contacting info@smsverifyo.com. Unresolved disputes shall be handled by the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SMSVerifyo, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from (a) your use or misuse of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or any applicable law; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property, publicity, or privacy; or (d) any content submitted through your account. This obligation survives termination of your account.

SMSVerifyo shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, network infrastructure failures, strikes, upstream provider outages, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and SMSVerifyo agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not be considered a waiver of that right.

The Service relies on upstream telecommunications and SMS providers, payment processors, and other third parties. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, or performance of any third party. These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights. Any reference to a third-party brand, service, or trademark is for identification only and does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

You are solely responsible for how you use any phone number, SMS code, or data obtained through the Service, and for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws, third-party terms of service, and platform policies. SMSVerifyo does not monitor, endorse, or verify the purpose of any rental. Any consequence resulting from misuse, including account bans on third-party platforms, civil or criminal liability, or damages claimed by third parties, is your sole responsibility.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, the law, or our business practices. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
