1. Balance-Credit Only Policy
All refunds — without exception — are credited back to your SMSVerifyo account balance in USD. We do not, and cannot, reverse cryptocurrency deposits, send funds to a bank account, PayPal, card, exchange wallet, or any other external destination. Remaining account balance can be spent freely across any service on the platform but is non-withdrawable.
By funding your account you explicitly agree that any amount credited to your balance — whether by deposit, refund, bonus, or manual adjustment — is redeemable only for services on SMSVerifyo and carries no cash value.
2. Automatic Rental Refunds (Balance)
If a rental expires before any SMS code is received, the full rental amount is automatically credited back to your account balance. No action is required — the refund typically appears within seconds of expiry. This is the only automatic refund scenario.
3. Delivered Codes Are Final
Once at least one SMS code has been delivered to a rental, the rental is considered fulfilled and the amount is non-refundable, even if the code is unreadable, in a language you do not understand, arrives after you no longer need it, or is rejected by the third-party service you were registering with. The underlying number cost is incurred on delivery and is not recoverable from our upstream providers.
4. Deposits Are Non-Reversible
Cryptocurrency deposits are final once the transaction has been confirmed on-chain and converted to USD balance. We do not refund deposits for any reason including but not limited to: change of mind, wrong amount sent, exchange-rate movement, sending the wrong asset (unrecoverable), sending to an expired invoice, or account inactivity.
You are solely responsible for verifying the deposit address, network, and asset before sending. Funds sent incorrectly are unrecoverable and are not the responsibility of SMSVerifyo.
5. Promotional Bonuses
Bonus credits awarded from coupons, deposit promotions, referral programs, or goodwill adjustments are non-withdrawable, non-transferable, and may be revoked without notice if the underlying deposit is reversed, if the promotion is abused, or if the account violates our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
6. Disputes
If you believe a rental was incorrectly charged or an automatic refund did not process, open a support ticket within 7 days of the transaction. Include the rental ID and any relevant details. Disputes filed after 7 days are considered waived and will not be reviewed. Our decision on any dispute is final.
7. Chargebacks & Reversals — Prohibited
Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or exchange-side dispute against a completed deposit is a material breach of our Terms of Service. It will result in immediate and permanent account termination, forfeiture of the entire remaining account balance (including untouched funds), and referral for collection. You waive any right to chargeback as a condition of using SMSVerifyo.
8. Third-Party Service Rejections
SMSVerifyo resells virtual numbers from upstream providers. We do not control which numbers third-party platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, Google, etc.) accept, block, or ban. A code being rejected, an account being banned, or a number being previously used on the target platform does not qualify for a refund once the code was delivered to your rental.
9. Account Closure
Balance remaining on a closed, suspended, or terminated account is forfeited and cannot be recovered, cashed out, or transferred. Users must spend down their balance before requesting account closure.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of your transaction governs that transaction. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
