• Harassment, stalking, threats, or targeting of individuals.
• Sending spam, unsolicited marketing, or bulk messaging via verified accounts.
• Creating accounts to distribute malware, ransomware, or exploit kits.
• Attempting to evade sanctions, court orders, or law-enforcement action.
• Reselling access to numbers you have rented, unless via the official reseller API.
• Interfering with the Service — DDoS, scraping, abusive automation, or attempts to bypass rate limits.
• Any activity that is illegal in your jurisdiction or the jurisdictions of the platforms you verify against.

Many online services have their own Terms of Service governing account creation and verification. Use of SMSVerifyo does not exempt you from those Terms — you remain solely responsible for complying with them.

If you believe someone is using SMSVerifyo in violation of this policy, report it to info@smsverifyo.com with as much detail as possible. We investigate every credible report.

We may, at our sole discretion, warn, throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy — with or without notice depending on severity. Serious violations may be reported to relevant authorities and any remaining balance may be forfeited.
